I spent three hours meticulously writing my self‑assessment for my annual performance review. I hit 'Save and Continue', and the page refreshed to a blank form. Everything was gone. No draft saved, no warning. Just poof. My manager thought I hadn't done it. It took an IT ticket and two days to confirm it was a system glitch. I had to rewrite everything from memory.
