Expense Report Roulette

The UI for expense reports is a masterpiece of user‑hostile design. The 'Submit Report' button is placed right next to the 'Add Expense' button. They look almost identical. I've accidentally submitted half‑finished reports more times than I can count, leading to reimbursement delays and annoyed emails from finance. It feels like a sick game of chance every time I have to file expenses.
